RETURNS
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used lubricant products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
